Three pages in holograph. One is a typed "poem" describing the work; the other two sheets are two variations of a work in progress, "kokoro is Japanese for heart," hand drawn & coloured by the poet. As the first stanza of the typed poem describes: "from a work in progress / for Aiko [Suzuki] /commissioned by / sean, and from him."

Also included with this set is a copy of "Q Tangent 4" by Shiatanti, issued as 1cent #286 in an edition of 100 copies.
